1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context explicitly requires otherwise. Familiarity with these definitions will help you understand your rights and obligations as an x bhaji account holder.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the x bhaji Platform in any capacity — including browsing the site without an account, registering a new account, logging into an existing account via x bhaji Login, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an account, contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate account closure. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they stand at the time of each use.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute as to the meaning of a provision, the English-language text shall be the authoritative version. Players in Bangladesh are encouraged to read the Terms carefully and contact support if any clause is unclear before placing their first bet or deposit.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an x bhaji account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of or are physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other individual or entity.
• You do not hold any other active or previously suspended x bhaji account.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register or programme — including any self-exclusion you have applied through x bhaji itself.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

Age Verification Process

x bhaji conducts KYC verification on all accounts. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID — a Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — before your first withdrawal is processed. In certain cases, x bhaji may request KYC documentation earlier, including before a deposit is credited or a bonus is activated, at our sole discretion.

Where KYC documents confirm that a Player is under 18, the account is closed immediately. Any deposits made by the underage Player are returned to the originating payment method after deducting the value of any real-money bets placed. No winnings generated while the account was active will be paid out to an underage Player under any circumstances.

x bhaji provides parental control guidance on our Responsible Gaming page. We encourage all adult account holders who share devices with minors to use device-level content restriction tools to prevent underage access to the Platform.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of x bhaji services — including placing bets, making deposits and withdrawals, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered account via the x bhaji Login page. Registration is free of charge and requires no upfront deposit. During registration, you will be asked to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Bangladesh mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details.

Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account is accurate and up to date. If any of your details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account profile promptly. x bhaji shall not be liable for any loss arising from outdated account information, including failed withdrawal attempts directed to a decommissioned bKash or Nagad number.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x bhaji Login credentials, including your username or registered phone number and your password. You must not share your login details with any other person. x bhaji will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately so that we can suspend the account and investigate.

Account Verification and KYC

x bhaji is committed to operating a safe platform free from fraud, money laundering, and identity theft. As part of this commitment, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Verification requests may include a copy of your NID, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your Bangladesh address, a selfie with your ID document, or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail to complete verification within 14 days of a formal request may be suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

x bhaji supports a broad range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to Bangladesh players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) with no currency conversion fees. The following conditions apply to all cashier transactions on the Platform.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 across all supported methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, internet banking, Visa, Mastercard).
• Processing time: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are credited to your x bhaji wallet in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation. Internet banking transfers may take up to 2 hours during normal banking hours. Card deposits are typically instant.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. x bhaji does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to originate from a payment account belonging to a different person will be returned and the depositing x bhaji account reviewed.
• x bhaji does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) may apply their own service charges — please check with your payment provider directly.
• x bhaji reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits as part of our ongoing KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 across all supported methods.
• Processing times: bKash and Nagad: 30 minutes to 4 hours. Rocket and Upay: 2–6 hours. Internet banking (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): up to 24 hours. Visa and Mastercard: 1–3 business days. All timelines are measured from the point of approval on Bangladesh Standard Time.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same account (the "return to source" rule), unless an alternative has been explicitly pre-approved by our support team following identity verification.
• Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts with unresolved KYC requests or active fraud investigations.
• Any active bonus balance must meet its applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus and wagering terms.

6. Bonus & Promotional Terms

x bhaji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including a 200% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 for first-time depositors. All bonuses are governed by these general terms and by the specific promotion terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and an individual promotion's terms, the individual promotion's terms shall take precedence.

Welcome Bonus

The x bhaji welcome bonus awards new Players with a 200% match on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum bonus value of ৳20,000. To qualify, a Player must have completed account registration, passed initial KYC verification, and made a first deposit of at least ৳500 using a qualifying payment method. The bonus is credited to the Player's account within 15 minutes of the qualifying deposit being confirmed.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free bet awards, and cashback credits — are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must bet before the bonus credit (and any winnings derived from it) can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in multiples of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus value). Key conditions include:

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino table games 10–20%, and sportsbook bets at qualifying minimum odds contribute at a stated rate. The contribution table for each active promotion is published on the promotion detail page.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days depending on the promotion). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• Maximum bet size while a bonus is active is ৳1,000 per spin or hand, or 10% of the remaining bonus balance — whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• x bhaji reserves the right to withhold winnings generated in breach of the maximum bet rule and to close accounts that demonstrate a pattern of bonus abuse.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to one account per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• x bhaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not retrospectively disadvantage Players who have already commenced wagering under the existing terms.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for real money directly, or used as payment for services outside the Platform.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a Player on the x bhaji Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all account holders without exception.

You Agree To

• Provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during registration and throughout the life of your account.
• Keep your x bhaji Login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
• Use only payment methods that are registered in your own name.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Read and comply with the game-specific rules for every game you play, as published in the Platform's help section.
• Engage with our support team and KYC process in good faith and without delay when contacted.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Underage gambling: Accessing the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Fraud and identity theft: Using false identity documents, impersonating another person, or accessing another Player's account without consent.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one x bhaji account, whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or any other reason.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, software macros, or any automated tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with the Platform in any way that does not represent genuine human play.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other competitive game format available on the Platform.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on sporting events where you have inside knowledge of a pre-arranged outcome, or participating in any scheme to fix a sporting event.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate deposits with your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, or card issuer) as a fraudulent or unauthorised transaction when the deposit was in fact made by you.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a system error are void and will be reversed.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Either you or x bhaji may close your account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Closure initiated by x bhaji may occur with or without notice, depending on the reason for closure.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your x bhaji account, contact our support team at [email protected] with a clear request to close the account. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements) will be offered for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days on Bangladesh Standard Time. Closure or Suspension by x bhaji

x bhaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at our sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is a current employee, director, or close family member of x bhaji.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (see Dormant Account terms below).
• Any other circumstance in which continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to x bhaji.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for 12 consecutive months. x bhaji will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email address and mobile number at least 30 days before applying the dormant account policy. If no response is received and the account remains inactive, x bhaji may deduct a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates their account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements. Dormancy fees will not be applied if the account balance is already zero.
